"girl on bike" [via saragoldsmith flickr]i dont have a bicycle and probably won't get one because my apartment just doesn't have the space for them; however, i find sunday afternoons lazily romantic in the same way that bicycles are. in particular, women in dresses riding bicycles. reminiscent of bad movies and a time before pants and lots of awkward outdated loveliness. it's an image of of such freedom and feminine independence to me. and romance.
